Clear from the start
How VietnamGuide works
VietnamGuide plans your journey first, then suggests suitable places to stay, transport and experiences. What works for the traveller comes before the order in which services are shown.
No extra mark-up from us
When you continue to a travel provider, the price comes from that provider. VietnamGuide does not add its own fee to the displayed price.
Suggestions are based on fit
Route, timing, comfort, budget and the needs of your group are the main decision factors.
Sponsored placement must be labelled
If a service is promoted because of sponsorship, it must be clearly identified so you can recognise it.
Referral arrangements
In some cases, a provider may pay VietnamGuide a referral fee after a successful booking. This must not influence the objectivity of the itinerary.
Privacy and safer payments
VietnamGuide uses the trip details you provide to personalise advice. Do not enter partner passwords, one-time codes or card details on VietnamGuide; booking and payment take place on the partner website.
VietnamGuide does not display prices, availability, reviews or live information without a confirmed source.
