Where to stay in Vũng Tàu: Bãi Sau, Bãi Trước or Bãi Dâu?

For a beach holiday, check the route from the building entrance to the permitted beach access, including road crossings and any steps. A sea-view photograph does not establish direct sand access. The Thùy Vân waterfront includes public park space, but an attractive promenade is separate from the decision to swim. Confirm parking, breakfast arrangements and where children can rest after the beach.

Consider Bãi Trước when you want walks beside the bay and outings along the Trần Phú side, with Bạch Dinh as an optional cultural visit. Check the actual walking route to meals rather than relying on a listing saying central. A bay view may include anchored boats and traffic; it is not a promise of a swimming beach or a quiet room.

Bãi Dâu offers another coastal base on the Núi Lớn side. Ask whether the entrance sits on a slope, how you reach meals and whether a vehicle is useful after dark. Do not assume the entire area is quiet or every coastal stretch is suitable for bathing. Across all three areas, ask for the room floor, orientation, window position and nearby works: those details can matter more than the star rating.
