Ly Son in 4 days and 3 nights: scenery, Dao Be and island culture
A four-day, three-night stay is useful when you value unhurried scenery and local context more than a long list of paid activities. Keep a base on Big Island and give each day a different purpose: the western coast, Dao Be if suitable, the eastern landscape, and a gentle departure. The plan does not rely on a new boat trip every morning.

Day 1: get comfortable before the western outing
Allow the arrival process, a meal and a rest to set the pace. Later, explore To Vo and choose whether the Chua Duc area fits your energy and the ground conditions. Stay clear of slippery edges and do not make sunset visibility a test of whether the day succeeded. The first night remains at your chosen Big Island base.
Day 2: one optional day across to Dao Be
Confirm the separate boat and return with the actual provider before leaving. On Dao Be, walk through public parts of An Binh with permission for close photographs, take a shore break and avoid using all your time on a compulsory water activity. Keep the second night on Big Island. If the crossing is unsuitable, replace it with a confirmed heritage visit and a leisurely local meal.
Day 3: the east with room for local life
Group Hang Cau with a suitable part of Thoi Loi, adding Chua Hang only if it is welcoming visitors and the steps suit your party. You do not need all three. Leave the afternoon for rest or a short, invited look at working garlic fields; do not enter crops for photographs. This is a change of theme from yesterday, not another circuit of the same viewpoints.
Day 4: an easy end rather than a final expedition
Use the last morning for breakfast, a nearby public village walk or packing, according to the confirmed return. Do not introduce a second island transfer before an important connection. Three nights is the booked core of this plan; extra accommodation caused by weather needs a separate decision and cost check. Retain flexibility in onward arrangements, especially if a missed departure would be difficult to absorb.
